If you are talking to yourself in your head, one of “you” asks a question and the “other you” answers, right? Does that mean that there is 2 of “you”? “You are not a problem that needs solving. The attacker, oppressor, judge, and executioner in our heads continue to preserve it continuously, and sometimes they demand control and take us by the notorious turbulence.īut here some questions arise. All of these mental and emotional scars are captured within our minds and have a huge impact on our lives. Why do we even have all this negativity?īad memories, destructive habits, toxic thoughts.
